Masud Khan is a distinguished Chartered Accountant and corporate leader with over 45 years of experience spanning multinational and local organizations. He has recently been appointed Chairman of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) for a four-year term.

Throughout his career, he has held several influential leadership positions. He served as Chief Financial Officer of LafargeHolcim Bangladesh for 18 years and spent two decades with British American Tobacco in finance and strategic leadership roles across Bangladesh and international markets.

Beyond executive leadership, he has made significant contributions to corporate governance, serving as Chairman of Unilever Consumer Care Limited, Independent Director of Singer Bangladesh Limited and Community Bank Bangladesh PLC, and currently as Chief Adviser to Crown Cement Group Bangladesh.

A passionate mentor and educator, Masud Khan has been a faculty member at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) for more than four decades, helping shape generations of accounting and finance professionals.

Widely respected for his expertise in finance, governance, corporate strategy, and regulatory affairs, Masud Khan brings a wealth of experience and integrity to his role as Chairman of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission.

Dr Jha is deeply invested in the evolution of CSR and Sustainability through the Global South. He believes that a deep understanding of the theoretical and practical perspectives on Sustainability in the era of climate change is central to all work.

Dr Shraman Jha is a not-for-profit sector leader with over three decades of senior corporate experience across emerging markets, including India, Bangladesh, Africa, and the Middle East. He brings deep expertise in consumer goods, with leadership experience at global organizations such as Unilever and FrieslandCampina, along with profit centre experience in media, education, and policy advocacy.

He has led strategic transformations, brand management initiatives, sales and distribution restructuring, and new business development across diverse industries and markets. With strong knowledge of supply chain, finance, and HR, he has also contributed to governance as a Board Trustee of international not-for-profit organizations.

M Masrur Reaz is an economist, entrepreneur, and policy expert with over two decades of experience in economic policy, private sector development, and financial innovation. He is the Chairman and Founder of Policy Exchange Bangladesh, an advisory firm specializing in economic policy and market advisory services, and the Managing Director & Co-founder of Thinkbig Solutions Limited (TREDX), a fintech platform for digital supply chain finance, as well as Chairman & Co-founder of Tri-info Tech Limited (OGGROW), an HR-tech company leveraging advanced analytics for employment market solutions.

Previously, he spent nearly a decade at the World Bank Group as Senior Economist and Program Manager, leading private sector development, competitiveness, and investment climate initiatives across Bangladesh, South Asia, and East Asia. Before that, he served as an Adviser at the UK Department for International Development (DFID), where he managed major economic growth and private sector development programs focused on investment climate reform, SME development, financial sector advancement, and tax reform.
